Shipping & Returns


Liftran Mobility LLC will ship orders received by 1 PM EST on the same day the order is received. There may be occasions when inventory levels or shipping volume may cause this schedule to change and customers will be notified via email or phone regarding affected orders.

Liftran Mobility LLC uses UPS for small package delivery and common truck carriers for palletized patient lift and larger item shipments. Any free freight shipments are for standard ground shipments and surcharges for inside delivery, lift gate etc may be charged to the customer but will be communicated prior to shipment. Next day and Saturday deliveries are also available to most ZIP codes and will be additional charges. Please call for individual rates on non standard ground shipping requests.

Addional charges will be applicable for shipments outside the continental USA such as Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Any damages as a result of the shipping company will not be the responsibility of the customer providing they call us and advise of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.



Liftran Mobility LLC will accept returns for unused products in there original packages based on the return policies of the product manufacturer. Re-stocking fees may be charged depending on the manufacturer.

Do not send any items back prior to calling Liftran Mobility first for a Returns Authorization. We will provide you with instructions as to the entire returns process and what you need to do.

There a Limited accepted reasons for returning any Lift, due to the Manufacturing packaging and cost of Freight for returns.  Please call immediately if you encounter an issue.


Due to FDA regulations there are some restrictions on the return of patient lift slings. We will advise you as to those when you call.
